Ben Dubow is lead and co-founding pastor of St. Paul's.

A 1998 graduate (BA-Philosophy) from the University of Connecticut, Ben is currently pursuing a Master's degree through Rockbridge Seminary. Ben is ordained and credentialed through the Next Leadership Association and is also a member of the Endorsed Ministry Group.

Ben currently serves on the board with the Manchester Area Conference of Churches (MACC) Charities. MACC Charities Established was founded in 1973 by fourteen area churches and now functions as the Town of Manchester's primary social services agency with twenty area churches governing policy. MACC's mission is to provide food, clothing, shelter and advocacy for the unmet basic needs of people in our community.

Ben is also a member of the Willington, Ashford, and Mansfield steering committee to Stop Underage Drinking.

Prior to planting St. Paul's, Ben served as Associate Pastor at Storrs Community Church, interim pastor at Westford Congregational Church (Ashford), and Pastoral Associate for Campus & Youth Ministry at St. Thomas Aquinas Church (Storrs). Ben also served as an Area Director for Young Life in Northeast Connecticut for five years, where he worked with teenagers, developed new ministries, and led the Young Life Leadership Training Program at the University of Connecticut.

In addition to pastoring, Ben speaks in a variety of settings including leadership events, retreats, camps, churches, fundraising events, seminars, workshops, and more. Ben has also worked as a church consultant in the areas of youth and campus ministry.

Ben grew up the middle of seven children in a Jewish family in Wilton, CT. He began a relationship with Christ through the ministry of Young Life in high school.

Ben is passionate about evangelism, church planting, leadership development, and cooking. One day, he hopes to compete to become "America's next Top Chef". He also loves any excuse to hang out with his three nephews and nieces.
