Tomorrow starts a new Senior Pastor's Coaching Network that I will be a part of. The network is led by Nelson Searcy.

I am very excited to be a part of this network.

Every leader--and certainly every pastor--needs opportunities to challenged, stretched, coached, and sharpened. One of my commitments is to be as effective as I can and also to keep growing in terms of my skills and leadership.
