How'd He Know?

The Pastor's Coaching Network that I am in started today. It is led by pastor Nelson Searcy. We covered a lot of material in our two-hour session today... some review and some new great stuff.

One of the things Nelson said is that he knows "three truths" about each of us in the network:

1. Your church has more potential than is being realized right now.

2. You are doing way too much of the wrong things.

3. For your church to grow, you must grow.

Wow... I wonder how he knew?
