Together, We Can

Just a reminder that we continue to collect food for the MACC Food Pantry. The focus this week is on canned vegetables. Next week (10/12/08) we will be focusing on Pasta and Sauce. Thanks for your help in this effort.

  • After hearing about the food needs for MACC I decided to bring the need to my coworkers. Being that there are 4 Verizon stores in Manchester and we love to help those in need. I mentioned it to my District Manager and he passed it along to the management team. On Friday we had a managers meeting and I was overwhelmed by there generosity. We asked for folks to bring one or two cans and instead they brought bags. I just dropped them off at St. Paul's to be delivered. We are throwing it out again for a meeting in a few weeks to get more. I love working for a company care about what its employees care about. I have such a great community of caring awesome people at work.
