Blue Sky Quick Takes

I wish I had time to write a lot about the whole Blue Sky process with Visioneering Studios as well as about my reactions to the master plan presentation tonight. I am exhausted after two long weeks and need to be up at 6AM tomorrow to catch the boat to Martha's Vineyard for my brother's wedding, so just some very short quick thoughts for now...

I was blown away tonight. I feel like these guys fully captured WHO WE ARE, WHERE GOD IS CALLING US TO GO and WHO GOD IS CALLING US TO BE. Both master plans--for the build-out of our current property and the development of the Coventry property--were amazing and I think pitch-perfect.

For those who missed it tonight, we should get back the final drawings and concepts in a few weeks (no more than 30 days) and then I will be able to post them and share them with you. (Sadly we won't be able to reproduce the 3D fly-over effect). They've asked me not to post until then as they want to clean up and add detail to the presentation. Suffice it to say it is awesome!
