Wetlands Hearing #2 Update

We had Part #2 of our Inland Wetlands Commission Public Hearing last night in Coventry. We had a great turnout of St. Paul's folks and it made a big difference -- so THANK YOU!

There were now real surprises at the meeting and the hearing has been continued to May 27th, 7:30PM, in the Lecture Hall at Coventry High School (same location as last night). We expect that the Commission will close the Public Hearing next time and when will get a chance to deliberate and vote either at that meeting or at the following meeting.

For those wondering about NEXT STEPS, we are filing our Planning & Zoning Application in the next few days. After we get through Wetlands, there will be a Public Hearing for Planning & Zoning. I would anticipate that hearing to last 2-3 meetings as well (but P&Z meets twice a month!).

Overall I continue to be very encouraged by the way things are going and how we are being received by the Commission, town, and broader community.
