56 Days & Counting
944 Days ago we launched our 1000 Days Campaign -- 6 Strategic Initiatives that we were going to focus on from 2006-2009. We had 129 people total that Sunday -- less than half of our average these days. We were meeting for worship in the Upper Cafe as we waited for the Chapel Project to be completed. We were officially 18 month old as a church. And we announced six bold initiatives that we were going to focus on for the next three years (1000 Days)...
Well those 1000 Days are almost up... we will celebrate the official conclusion of the 1000 Days on Pentecost Weekend this year (May 30/31 & June 1) --- and we will be looking ahead to THE NEXT 1000 DAYS! (Want to find out about the 1000 Days and 6 Strategic Initiatives? Click here!)
Where is God CALLING US?
What is HE ASKING US TO DO?
TO BE?
TO BECOME?
These are the BIG QUESTIONS we are wrestling with these days... and it is exciting!
The next few months are pretty full -- Manchester Launch, Coventry Property, managing our growth, etc. These things are definitely keeping us busy these days. But I am trying to carve out a chunk of time each week to think about and pray about our NEXT 1000 DAYS... mostly just listening and looking actually.

It is exciting stuff. It fires me up. I hope it fires you up too!
