At St. Paul's Church, we rely on the service of our attenders. And service is something to which all are called. When we serve God's church and serve others, we glorify and worship Him.
We have many serving teams: worship, children’s ministry, cleaning, communication, prayer, and small group hosting, among others. Service commitment varies according to ministry. Some serving teams serve throughout the month, others weekly. If you are interested in getting involved, email keith@stpaulswired.org for more details.
A great way of getting to know other people in our community is to serve alongside them. Also, we all have an inherent need to contribute. We all want the world to be a better place because we’re here. So serve. As the great Martin Luther King Jr. said: “Anyone can be great, because anyone can serve.”
Service is not just essential for our body to properly function. Service is also an essential habit for every growing follower of Jesus Christ. As followers of Jesus Christ, we need to imitate our Savior, and he came to serve. As a church, we seek to help individuals identify their gifts, talents and passions and align them with the various ministries within the church.
