Spiritual Direction for Women
Judy Smith is a trained Spiritual Director who completed a four year Spiritual Direction Practicum at The Mercy Center in Madison CT.
Spiritual Direction is typically defined as a three-way relationship between director, directee, and the Holy Spirit. In this relationship, the Spiritual Director acts as a guide for the person seeking a more Christ-like life through the power of the Holy Spirit.
As a Spiritual Director, Judy's role is to encourage and come alongside women on their faith journey through prayer, listening, reflecting back, and pointing towards God. Her responsibility is to create a space for grace so that in the experience of sharing, women find their own truth.
Availability
($15 donated to St. Paul's and $15 donated to The Mercy Center to further training of Spiritual Directors.)
